Launched in 2022 by CareGate, is an initiative designed to address the pressing social issue of youth unemployment across Africa while simultaneously contributing to the solution of Japan’s growing labor shortage. Through targeted recruitment, skills training, and cultural preparation, the project creates a sustainable bridge between Africa’s untapped human potential and Japan’s workforce needs—particularly in caregiving and other essential sectors.

Through comprehensive support before, during, and after relocation, we ensure that every participant is well-prepared to integrate, contribute, and thrive—creating lasting impact for both societies.
